Role of Red12

Capital structuring and commercial strategy under a single advisory mandate

RED12 acts as strategic and financial advisor to the owner and developer, supporting the transaction across capital structure, commercial strategy and project coordination. RED12 structured the financing of the scheme, working closely alongside credit institutions from the preparation of the business plan through to the negotiation and definition of final terms. The mandate extends to the commercial strategy, with advice on pricing, product positioning and sales phasing consistent with the financial framework of the operation. Throughout the development period, RED12 acts as the central point of coordination between financing parties and project teams, ensuring that design, construction and commercialisation progress in line with the business plan and its key milestones.
