As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RED12, he is responsible for the firm’s overall strategy, investment activities and relationships with capital partners. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the Italian property market across institutional asset management, capital markets and value-add development. Over the course of his career, he has originated and successfully executed transactions in excess of €1.5 BN, covering the full deal cycle from sourcing through to exit.

Prior to founding RED12 in 2023, he co-founded Ricerca 12, a leading family office platform, where he raised institutional equity and launched the 21 House of Stories hospitality brand. Earlier in his career, he spent six years as Head of Sales & Investments at Beni Stabili (now Covivio) and led acquisitions within the non-performing loans division of Intesa Sanpaolo Re.O.Co. He began his career in real estate advisory at Realty Partners and Pirelli Real Estate.

He holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University.

As a Partner of RED12, he oversees the firm’s investment activity across the full value chain, from origination and underwriting to execution and delivery. He has more than 10 years of experience across the entire asset life cycle, from sourcing and underwriting through construction, repositioning and exit. Over the course of his career, he has originated and delivered real estate transactions in excess of €250 M.

At RED12, he has played a central role in building the platform since inception. He originates proprietary deal flow and structures and executes complex transactions on behalf of family offices and private investors.

Prior to joining RED12, he spent five years at Ricerca 12, where he led the acquisition, development and repositioning of the platform’s real estate portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held asset management and investment roles at LFPI Italia REIM and Investire SGR.

He holds a degree in Building Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

As Head of Project & Development at RED12, he oversees the technical delivery of the firm’s investment pipeline, from design and cost planning through to construction and completion. Since joining RED12 in 2024, he has directed more than €150m of capex across 11 projects, with particular expertise in asset conversion and repositioning.

He has more than 12 years of experience across the full development life cycle, spanning design, technical and cost coordination, and delivery. Prior to joining RED12, he held construction project management roles at Relife Nation and SMV Costruzioni, developing sector expertise across hospitality, retail and purpose-built student accommodation. He began his career in design and construction supervision at One Works and Norma Engineering, working on a range of national and international projects.

He holds a degree in Architecture and Building Engineering and a BIM Management specialisation from Politecnico di Milano.

As Investment Manager at RED12, he leads the underwriting and execution of the firm’s value-add and opportunistic private equity real estate strategies. He covers the full investment cycle, from financial modelling, deal structuring and debt financing through to due diligence, business plan execution and exit.

He has more than five years of experience across private equity real estate, investment banking and equity capital markets in Italy and North-West Europe, and has contributed to transactions in excess of €130 M. Prior to joining RED12 in 2024, he worked on buy-side and sell-side mandates at CBRE and LFPI Italia REIM. He began his career in investment banking at Kempen & Co. and in equity capital markets at Euronext, working on listings and capital markets transactions.

He holds a double Master’s degree in Finance from Tilburg University and LUISS Guido Carli, with an exchange at the London School of Economics.

As Head of Planning & Control at RED12, she oversees the firm’s accounting, financial planning, treasury and reporting functions. She brings extensive experience in administration, accounting and finance within complex, multi-entity corporate groups.

Prior to joining RED12 in 2023, she spent four years at Ricerca 12, where she led the financial coordination of the group’s companies across reporting, treasury and control. Earlier in her career, she served as Financial Accountant at a multinational retail group, having begun at Fidiger advising clients in the real estate sector.

She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
